Instructions
Simmer garlic in melted butter to infuse, then set aside while you combine the dough ingredients and knead for 5 minutes until soft.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour until doubled, then roll into large triangular sheets that will fit on your baking pan.
Slide the naans onto a preheated pan in a very hot oven and bake for 5 minutes until they are puffed and soft, then finish with a generous brush of garlic butter.
